Mountain Plains, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, problem solving team member who loves working outdoors. This position offers expertise to a variety of clients through performing locating services. Responsibilities:
- Drive a company-sponsored vehicle to job sites to perform line locating services
- Utilize various technologies to accurately locate crude, gas, saltwater, freshwater, underground electrical and communication lines
- Communicate location of utilities with paint, flagging, mapping, verbal correspondence and written documentation
- Utilize multiple technology platforms to manage workload and communicate findings
- Follow proper processes and procedures to ensure safe work habits
Qualifications:
- Problem-solving perspective
- Basic knowledge of well pad components
- 1-2 years-experience in Utility Locating, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record
- Proficient computer and technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass pre-hire, post-accident and random drug/alcohol screening
- Ability to self-manage and communicate with supervisors and clients
- An ability to multitask, manage and adapt to changing work environments
